Information We Collect
- Business name, phone, address, and hours provided during onboarding
- Call recordings and transcripts from calls handled by Sarah
- Appointment details booked through the Service
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Communications you send us directly
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the AI receptionist Service
- Book and manage appointments on your behalf
- Send service notifications and confirmations via SMS
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Respond to support requests
Third-Party Services
We use Twilio (phone and SMS), OpenAI (AI voice processing), Google Calendar and Sheets (appointments), Stripe (payments), and n8n (automation). Each operates under their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Call Recording
Calls handled by Sarah may be recorded for quality and operational purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording disclosure laws in your state.
Data Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption and secure server infrastructure. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
Data Retention
Business data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Call recordings are retained for 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at bookings@autocallhq.com.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AutoCall HQ AI receptionist service provided by AutoCall HQ LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
AutoCall HQ provides an AI phone receptionist (Sarah) that answers inbound calls, provides business information, and books appointments. The Service includes a dedicated phone number, Google Calendar integration, and SMS notifications.
2. Subscription and Billing
The Service is billed at $497 per month per location following a 5-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Acceptable Use
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to conduct illegal activities, violate telephone consumer protection laws, or transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
4. Call Recording and Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of call recording features complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including any required caller disclosure obligations.
5. Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers (Twilio, OpenAI, Google) or circumstances outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoCall HQ's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Your dedicated phone number will be released and data deleted 90 days after termination.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes resolved in the courts of Wayne County, NC.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
